Our Story

Who We Are

Noble Mission is an award-winning not-for-profit society dedicated to empowering children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Learning Disability, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and hearing and speech impairments. Acknowledging neuro-diversity during training and development is our priority.

Founded at the turn of the millennium by a collective of rehabilitation professionals, families, and concerned individuals, Noble Mission emerged from a deep need to create structured opportunities for individuals who often remain excluded from mainstream systems. Over the years, it has grown into a pioneering institution committed to inclusion and empowerment.

From its centre at Mukundapur, Kolkata, Noble Mission today supports more than 100 beneficiaries every day through a comprehensive range of services — day care, special education, therapies, outreach services, vocational training, and community-based programmes.

Our approach is holistic and life-stage oriented — beginning with early identification and intervention, continuing through structured education and skill development, and extending into adulthood with vocational training and pathways toward meaningful engagement and independence.

At the heart of Noble Mission lies a simple yet powerful belief — every individual deserves dignity, safety, opportunity, and the ability to participate meaningfully in society.

Together, we build a future of dignity, ability, and inclusion.
